Dr. Allen C. Ho is Professor of Ophthalmology and a vitreoretinal surgeon at Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. His expertise is in new treatments and clinical trials for diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, macular diseases, diabetic retinopathy and retinal detachment. He is a member of the USA FDA Ophthalmic Device Panel and a principal investigator of several clinical trials at Wills. He is editor-in-chief of "Current Opinion in Ophthalmology" and on the editorial boards of several ophthalmic publications. He serves on the Scientific Advisory Boards of Alcon, Genentech, Novartis and Eyetech. He has been named by "Best Doctors in America" and Top Docs" by Philadelphia magazine. |
